Order Replacement Keys

Need spare keys for your BLACK X lock? Every order includes two mechanical keys - $20 USD per pair, delivery included. Fill in your details and your lock's ID below, then pay with PayPal or card. Once your payment is confirmed, we'll send your keys into production and email you a tracking number as soon as they ship.

In the BLACK X App, open your lock and go to Settings → Basics.
